Challenges We Solved
Outdated Website with Poor Mobile Experience
Blackmon Plumbing’s old site wasn’t mobile-friendly, which made it hard for customers to navigate and request service — especially on phones and tablets. We rebuilt the site with a responsive, mobile-first layout that works beautifully on all devices.
No Clear SEO Structure or Local Optimization
The previous website lacked basic on-page SEO elements like proper headings, meta titles, and internal linking. We restructured the entire site to follow Google’s Search Essentials, added schema markup, and created location-optimized service pages to improve visibility in Baytown and surrounding areas.
Limited Control Over Content Updates
Their old CMS was difficult to manage, so content updates required calling a developer for even small changes. With our Meta Box setup and clean WordPress backend, the team can now update services, testimonials, and contact info quickly and confidently — no code needed.
Weak Call-to-Action and Lead Flow
There were no strong prompts encouraging visitors to take action. We added well-placed CTAs, built a high-converting contact form with Gravity Forms, and integrated it with email notifications — all designed to increase the number of service requests.
Lack of Trust-Building Elements
Customer reviews and credibility signals were buried or missing altogether. We gave those elements a front-and-center role, making it easy for new visitors to see the strong reputation the Blackmon team has built over the years.
